Find the tutorial for the Warren Charity Bear here: https://www.shinyhappyworld.com/2014/04/warren-charity-bear-free-teddy-bear-pattern.html
One hint: I like to cut out the fabric with a couple inches from the lines of your pattern so that you can sew right on the lines.

Email us when you’ve finished a few and we can coordinate a pick up or meet up!

As of now, the best way to help out would be either to donate goods to go into the bags by making them yourselves or purchasing. I personally LOVE to make items. If you’d like to sew either some bears or some bags, we would absolutely love that. The bears are from Shiny Happy World and their link is included below. As for the bags, I kind of freestyle-ed it and made a tutorial. Please forgive the mistakes, I’ve never made a tutorial before!!

Tutorial for Messenger Bags:
I make 3 bags per 1 yard of outdoor fabric. Outdoor fabric is wider than quilting cotton and is at least 51” wide. This is important for the size of the bags. I usually purchase outdoor fabric from Joanns when they have great coupons or sales going on.

So I made a tutorial for the messenger bags I make for the foster children. It’s probably a little messy considering I’ve never made one of these before. Please keep in mind that even though I’ve been sewing for 5 years, I still consider myself at a confident beginner level. So the bags should be manageable for pretty much everyone!!
